Stephanie is the president of Dovecot Studio - a boutique firm specializing in information architecture - where she helps a wide variety of clients such as General Mills, Nickelodeon and the United Nations find happiness and good user experience through taxonomy and metadata. Stephanie has been working in the information management industry for more than a decade, helping create strategies and content structures to support DAM, PIM, WCM, to name a few. Prior to focusing her energies on Dovecot, she was a senior consultant and taxonomy practice lead with Earley & Associates.

Callum Hughes is the Head of Post Production Technology at Amazon Studios. Having been a Principal Solutions Architect, he’s spent the last three years at the studio figuring out and building new ways to solve complex problems in Post Production (and a bit of Production!) without freaking out too many people. Being an AWS person for the prior six years, there’s nothing more Callum likes than building entire systems and services in the AWS Cloud, and you’ll often hear him talking about ways to speed up development and increase security by utilizing Cloud-based technologies.

At Dell, Adam is responsible for driving and implementing their marketing taxonomy strategy. Their goal is to drive efficiencies by making content much more modular driven by metadata and data linkages. Dell’s journey started with their Enterprise DAM over 3 years ago where Adam was responsible for implementing and managing the metadata schema. Prior to this role, Adam has 15+ years’ experience in data classification, taxonomy creation and metadata management.

Kimberly Klotz is the director of marketing at the University of Central Arkansas where she leads branding and marketing efforts.

Carlos Acevedo is currently the Digital Asset Manager at The Jewish Museum whose practice is highly informed by User Experience research. He holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science and has worked on metadata projects for Artsy, Harvard, and Refinery29.

Cristina Vignone is the Assistant Archivist at the Tiffany & Co. Archives, where her responsibilities include maintaining and managing the company’s historical design, manufacturing and business records. She holds a Master of Archives and Public History degree, with a concentration in Archives, from New York University and a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Long Island University’s Palmer School of Library and Information Science.

Liana has 18+ years of experience working in the content and digital asset management industry. In her current role, Liana brings expertise and passion for both visual and descriptive content. In the past, she has worked extensively with content platforms, including both digital asset management systems (DAMS) and content management systems (CMS). Her 30+ person team is located across the globe who manage and publish content for Hilton’s 17 brands across owned and external channels. The team is responsible for building and maintaining over 6000 property and brand websites.

Dario Mescia is an Senior Graphic Designer/Operations Specialist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is part of a full-service in-house team that brings together Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations and Web. Dario earned his B.A. in corporate communications from Elizabethtown College. He has spent the past 25 years working on the creative and the administrative sides of agencies, publishing houses and printing firms, finally settling in the healthcare sector.

Jennifer oversees the library’s technical infrastructure as well as the DAMS implementation and management. She is a visiting professor at Pratt School of Information where she teaches Knowledge Organization and Museum Information courses. Jennifer holds a BA in English from the University of Georgia and a MLIS from the Palmer School of Library and Information Science at Long Island University. Jennifer has worked on metadata and digital asset management projects on behalf of Marvel Entertainment, Conde Nast, The Granger Collection and the University of Georgia.

Iris Lee is the Cataloging and Metadata Librarian at the American Museum of Natural History which includes creating, managing, and publishing data across several systems in the Museum’s Library. Iris strives to ensure discovery and access using best practices in descriptive metadata. She co-teaches a class at the Pratt Institute School of Information with colleague, Jennifer Cwiok. Iris has a Master of Library Science degree with a certificate in Archives and Record Management and worked at the Whitney Museum of American Art before joining the AMNH.
