During his 30-year career with Unilever, Jørgen held various marketing roles globally across Unilever’s extensive portfolio of categories and brands. In 2010, he became the Head of Innovation Process Management at their global head office, which then led to him establishing and leading Global Marketing Services in Unilever for more than a decade, covering core expertise services such as advertising production, pack design and artwork, digital asset management, archives & records management and product portfolio management. He now runs Bartsch & Co Consulting Services.

Jeremy Wintroub is EVP and Global Head of Production Strategy where he leads the development and execution of creative operations, production strategy, and production delivery strategy.

At Lands’ End, Dale facilitated the final implementation of a transition to a new DAM. His current focus is on leveraging metadata to enhance search capabilities and to streamline workflows, as well as providing ongoing training opportunities to increase DAM adoption. Prior to Lands’ End, Dale worked in the education and library fields and partnered with a cultural heritage institution to develop a digital preservation plan. Dale holds an MLS with an archives concentration.

Natalie has worked in Digital Asset Management 13+ years, with her experience ranging from the cultural sector to a small family-owned manufacturing business, to the corporate arena in direct sales and retail. During her time as a DAM champion, she has successfully elevated the importance of DAM within organizations to be recognized as a strategic, enterprise solution. Since joining Lands’ End in September 2020, she’s been collaborating cross-organizationally to identify new DAM use cases, implement workflow improvements, and integrate the DAM with other Martech systems.

Robert Paige is an Associate Creative Director at Instacart, directing video, animation, and photography. He has a background in: UI / UX Design, Product Design, Web Design, Motion Design, Directing, Film, Photography, 3D Animation, Marketing, and Branding. His most recent work was overseeing the client-side post-production for the Instacart Lizzo Commercial. He specializes in video production, processes, and workflows to produce 1000+ videos a week. His only true passion: "to make cool sh*t."

Misti is the Chief Operating Officer at Orange Logic. She’s focused on creating digital asset management solutions that are easy to implement and easy to use. She loves the challenge of building efficiency into operations and pushing the limits on product innovation.

Theresa Regli is a strategic advisor to global brands, arts organisations, and private equity / investment firms on Marketing Technology Ecosystems (MarTech), Media & Digital Asset Management (MAM/DAM), and Product Information Mgmt (PIM). She is the world’s leading expert in the DAM vendor marketplace, advising on over 300 DAM system procurements since 2008, while authoring extensive in-depth research of 50 DAM systems and the benchmark book about DAM technology.

Hailey has over eight years of experience in collections digitization, data standardization, and digital asset management. With a career built upon cross-departmental collaboration, she plays an active role in the creation of institutional digitization protocols and workflows, data sharing policies, data use reporting, data distribution, and digital preservation.
