Alla is currently the Principal of Design Operations at Harmonic Design, a service design agency. She's the former service designer at distinguished agencies such as Adaptive Path and Mad*Pow.

Alla is a professionally certified leadership coach who has incorporated her design background with the principles of positive psychology to build cultures of physical, emotional, and psychological safety. 

Michele Fry is the Creative Studio Lead at Ocado Retail, the UK’s leading online grocer.
In her role, Michele oversees Creative Operations, Content Partnerships, Production, Videography and Photography, and People Development for a team of 35+ while working with various departments across the Customer Function and partnering with the Head of Creative & Branding to make great work for the Ocado brand.

Tabitha is a seasoned creative services and operations expert with over 25 years of experience spanning all aspects of advertising and marketing. Her primary focus lies in strategically optimising in-house and agency-side creative departments to align with business objectives.

Tracey is the Historian for Levi Strauss & Co. and Director of Archives at the company’s world headquarters in San Francisco. She manages the day-to-day workings of the Levi Strauss & Co. Archives as a key corporate asset, answering historical questions, assisting designers, brand managers, executives and other employees whose work requires historical materials in the Archives. She regularly hunts for unique vintage Levi’s® garments and other unusual Levi’s® items to add to the Archives.

Nicole Bartolini, a seasoned Senior Product Manager at Amazon, leads the international partner marketing's asset management and campaigns marketing technology portfolio, with a primary focus on the mobile operator sector. With a career spanning over 18 years at organizations such as GroupM, NBCUniversal, and Amazon, Nicole has consistently excelled in optimizing and simplifying processes through technology. Nicole's driving force is her passion for operational efficiency and process improvement, motivating her daily pursuit of excellence.

Cait is an artist and digital archives professional. She has over ten years of experience in archives, digital asset management, and imaging fields in cultural heritage spaces; managing systems, and assisting the people who use them. She has been with Gagosian Gallery as a Digital Asset Manager since 2022, and previously worked with digital archives at The Museum of Modern Art, Pace Gallery, and for various artist studios. Cait holds a BS in Communication from Boston University, an MFA in Visual Arts from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing an MLS at Queens College.

Amanda's experience in developing and optimizing creative operations for the past 15 years has been diverse and extensive. She has worked in various industry sectors ranging from the arts and advertising to Big Tech. As an Operations Leader, she has always prioritized creating environments that empower teams and workflow processes to thrive and scale. Her unique background in Operations, Human Resources, and Creative workflow gives her a distinct voice and perspective in the creative operations sector. 

Justin is a marketing operations leader with 20+ years of experience on the agency and client sides. He’s spent the last 10 years in Tech leading a marketing governance and ops function that serves Meta’s business marketing organization.

Amy brings over two decades of expertise in DAM, helping organizations create effective strategies for preserving digital content and ensuring optimal accessibility. With experience across museums, academia, government, and non-profit sectors, she offers a well-rounded perspective in implementing and managing DAM and digital preservation programs for organizations of all sizes.

In March 2023, Henry Stewart set out on an ambitious journey to unite communities from Creative Operations, Creative Production, Photo Studio Operations, and Design Operations, all under one roof. The response has been overwhelming, with over 3,000 attendees globally including brands such as Airbnb, Apple, Christian Louboutin, Levi's, Mattel, M&C Saatchi, Publicis, Selfridges, Sky, Specsavers, VCCP and Wimbledon to name but a few.
