Joint Ventures - Structures, Documentation and Terms

Joint ventures are often essential in real estate transactions. At the same time, they are notoriously complex and risk prone. Lack of knowledge is the biggest risk of all.

David is an associate in the real estate group and is based in the London office.

With a primary focus on commercial investment work, he advises clients on a wide range of real transactions, including acquisitions, development financing, property development and portfolio management.

His key clients include family offices, institutional investors, landlords, corporate occupiers, developers and financial institutions.

Peter has been chief executive of CREFC Europe, a trade association for the real estate finance market, since 2013. CREFC Europe organises industry events, working groups and opportunities for information exchange ad networking, and conducts advocacy work on behalf of its members, to promote effective, successful and sustainable real estate finance markets.
