The past two and a half years have been challenging for most leisure sectors. Nevertheless there have been some notable winners and the outlook is not all negative.

This webinar focuses on the outlook for 2023 - the threats facing the sector and the opportunities presented for both investors and operators over the next two years.

Topics covered include:

The care home market is underpinned by strong demographic projections. It is widely considered an attractive sector for investors and a safe haven over the long term - it can provide long-dated, index-linked income.

Even in the face of the pandemic it has fared relatively well. However, like most sectors, it now faces challenges. Headwinds include: staff recruitment/retention, energy costs, increasing building costs and adverse movement in yields.
