Gillian has been in professional practice for over 20 years and specialised in dilapidations early in her career.  She has practiced for extended lengths of time in Sheffield, London and Edinburgh and is extremely familiar with the requirements of the various jurisdictions around the UK and what that means for dilapidations management. 
 
Gillian is particularly proud of her career track record as she has saved tenant clients on average 45% on landlords’ claims, and that has recovered on average 82% of claims made for landlord clients.
