Keith started his career with the District Valuers Office, more years ago than he cares to mention, where he dealt with all aspects of compulsory purchase and compensation advice; advising only local authorities and government departments. On leaving the DVO he was a partner with Edwin Hill in charge of the Specialist Services Department responsible for advising largely claimant clients on such matters until 2000 when he set up in practice on his own account; continuing to specialise in compulsory purchase and compensation but advising both claimants and acquiring authorities.

I attended the webinar on complex lease terms and expected this to be a light filler to boost my CPD, but I found myself scribbling three pages of useful notes! There was some really valuable new information about current trends and upcoming changes. In particular the post webinar questions gave added insight.
