This data is included in Savills regular Big Shed Briefing research but also in bespoke reporting for clients. Kevin is a regular commentator on the market in the press and appears at industry events offering his thoughts on the direction of the industrial and logistics market. He has previously chaired the society of property researchers.

Claire joined Colliers as Associate Director with a focus on Investment and Business Development bringing 11 years of international hospitality, educational and training experience to the team. Claire's extensive and varied experience in Europe and Asia has given her deep international knowledge of the hospitality sector.

Peter is an Executive Director in the Valuation and Advisory team. Peter leads the retail valuation team of 14 people as well as working with all areas of valuation for a number of clients in the UK and all over continental Europe. He also sits on the strategy group for V&A, as well as the RICS Valuation Standards Board, and has over 30 years’ experience in the valuation of all types of property on behalf of owners, lenders, investors throughout Europe but also in Japan and Mauritius.

Paul's prime responsibility is to manage the sales and marketing activity on behalf of the Property Development team to enhance United Trust Bank’s brand within the UK house building industry. This includes developing relationships with key industry stakeholders, including the property teams of legal & accountancy practices, property agents, surveyors and auction houses, property associations, architectural practices, debt advisory firms, principal contractors, and the property press.
