Originally from the Czech Republic, Ester moved to New York City in 1997 to pursue studies in filmmaking. After few years in post-production, she moved to Los Angeles to produce documentary films before she settled in digital asset management in 2018. She worked at studios like Lionsgate and Netflix, using her knowledge from years of editing to archive and organize thousands of digital files and create complex taxonomies.

Currently, Ester works at Virgin Galactic sorting through terabytes of space footage.

Caroline is a highly organized Digital Asset Manager and Archivist with over eight years of experience in managing digital assets and processing archival collections. She is currently leading the strategy, implementation, and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system across 24 offices at Perkins Eastman, a global architecture and design firm.

Cherie has over 20 years of experience managing intellectual property (IP) and the dissemination of digitized collections for the Getty Museum. As Senior Registrar for Rights and Reproductions, she creates and implements IP policies and processes for the museum around acquisitions, exhibitions, digital asset management, and collection management. She oversees a rights team responsible for supplying collection images to outside requesters and for obtaining rights for exhibition-related materials across all media.

Tom Morgan is a photographer and director of photography. He is also the founder of TDM.Space, a leading retail design photography company.

Previously, Tom worked as a commercial and editorial photographer. In 2013, he founded his own business, which now produces an average of over 60 shoots per month with a crew in cities all around the world. Their clients include renowned brands such as Nike, Chanel, Burberry, and Gucci.

Nelly has been responsible for maintaining the DAMS, training stakeholders, managing governance, and supporting staff enterprise-wide at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
