Alistair is a partner in the Real Estate group and head of Planning & Environment. He works closely with clients and advises on the range of planning and environmental issues that need to be addressed in obtaining planning permission and developing land.

Nada is a banking and finance lawyer with specialist expertise in Islamic finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance, including hotel finance, student accommodation, development finance and general investment finance. She is based in London with strong connections to the Middle East, having also spent some time working in Dubai. She enjoys working for funders, investors, developers and large corporates, who are all amongst her best clients.

She was honoured to make it into The Lawyer Hot 100.

Jonathan is a partner in the Finance group and specialises in advising borrowers and banks in relation to debt finance. His expertise includes real estate finance (including investment and development), acquisition finance, general corporate finance and Islamic finance.

Emma is a partner in the Real Estate group with extensive experience in real estate financing, investments & disposals, restructuring & insolvency and asset & property management.  She has a particular focus on real estate financing and regularly acts for a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers in connection with loan facilities secured against real estate assets across various different sectors.

Matthew Jones is a partner and Head of the Construction & Engineering group in the UK. He advises on all aspects of construction legal matters, particularly procurement, drafting and negotiation of building and engineering contracts, consultancy appointments and related construction agreements. His work and experience includes dealing with real estate development, development finance and infrastructure.

Robert is a partner and head of the Tax & Incentives group for the UK. He specialises in advising corporate and personal clients on tax planning and structuring and the tax implications of transactions in many fields. Robert has particular expertise in the fields of venture capital taxation (including the EIS and VCT regimes), real estate and corporate real estate transactions (including SDLT and VAT issues and planning) private equity fund structuring and transactions as well as general M&A. Robert is a solicitor and chartered tax advisor.

Mr. Rodney Dukes serves as a Partner and Head of the Finance and Projects group at Taylor Wessing LLP. Mr. Dukes served as business group director at Taylor Wessing. Mr. Dukes has acted for a number of banks, borrowers and sponsors over the years in a variety of industry sectors.

Paul is a partner in the Real Estate group and is the international head for real estate. Paul acts regularly for international investors, particularly in the private wealth sphere. His core area of expertise includes investment and development.
